We want you to be happy with your Ragazzo purchase. However, if you wish to return something you have 14 days from the delivery date to request and despatch a return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. All costs associated with returning products are your responsibility. If your products are post stamped outside the 14-day return window, we reserve the right to offer you store credit which can be used across multiple future orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. To return your purchase, please contact us first by email.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company.
